click on to care planning and then the manage monitoring button.

select the service user and then the MUST assessment option. then go to the admin view and click on show care plans option button.

then select the service users name and click on monitoring analysis.

The next window will appear and if you click on MUST assessment.

all the data will appear in the form of a chart and table as shown below.
