FAQ – Service Users missing when recording

If a service user is ever missing from the list when recording information, it may be due to missing information in their Care Plan.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, select Show Care Plans.

Next, select the missing service user and choose Personal Details.

This will open the Care Plan for that service user. In the personal details, check that the Room Location and Room Number have been set.

This is a common reason why service users do not show on the system when trying to record information. If this is missing, select Click to Edit Care Plan at the top of the window, then add the information and Save.

After adding this information, check again whether the service user is missing. If you still experience issues, contact Care Control Support.
