Linked to Check Ins is the new COVID PPE Check. Applicable to both CSG and Service User, this check – if turned on – will request details of the PPE being worn. To turn this on go to your system settings and select: –

This needs to be set to Yes. When set to Yes, the following screen will appear after Check In: –

All fields must be entered. If the user Select No to “Are you wearing a Mask?”, they must Check Out. They cannot visit the client.
