Accessing Supervisions

To access Supervisions on Care Control Mobile, first you must navigate to the Staff Area and from within here you will have the option for Supervisions:

When accessing supervisions you will be prompted to enter your supervision password. If you have not previously used supervisions, you’ll be requested to create a password.

Supervision Dashboard

Supervisions on Mobile is intended as a tool for Supervisors to sit down with Employees to review, this means the starting dashboard is the Supervisors Dashboard as shown below:

When viewing the Supervisions Dashboard, you have the option to enter a Supervision, change your supervision password, view historic supervisions and search for supervisions.

Viewing a Supervision

The below image is the Supervision Main screen, there are some differences between this screen on CC Mobile and CC Pocket. On CC Mobile this screen is from the supervisor point of view, the supervisor can answer questions for both employee and supervisor, also CC Mobile doesn’t follow the order of statuses as it is intended as a shared device where the Supervisor and the Employee can sit down together and work through the Supervision:

Actions

You can view/adjust actions by clicking them from the actions list, once you click an action it will open in a popup like shown below:

When within an action you’re presented with the Category of action, its detail, the ability to adjust the status and progress. When an action is created on CC Windows you have the option to specify some Guidance, this can be viewed from pressing the Guidance button located in the bottom left, which will open a guidance window:

Within the Guidance popup you’re able to view the guidance provided and view the attachment detail. An attachment can be either a Web Address or a Document Attached from Document Library. More information regarding this can be found in the CC Windows Supervisions article under the section of creating an action template.

Questions

Questions are accessed the same way as actions but by expanding the questions dropdown, once you’ve clicked into a question you’ll be presented with the following screen:

The question screen will allow you to answer the question, raise an action and just let you cycle through the questions. If you do not select an answer/answer in the answer box it’ll cycle to the next question.

Raising an Action

On this screen you’re able to raise a new action for the current supervision or you have the option to raise the action as a carry over which will carry the action over to the next supervision.

Viewing the Supervision Log

You can view the supervision log on CC Mobile from the main supervision screen, located in the bottom left is the View Log button, this will open a new window that will allow you to make log entries and view existing log entries:

Within this window you can also view the Supervision Access Logs by ticking the box located in the top right of the display.

Completing a Supervision

If all mandatory questions and actions are complete, marked as carry over or cancelled you can mark a supervision as complete. To mark the supervision as completed click the Mark Complete button located in the bottom right of the main supervision screen.

Once you’ve marked the supervision as complete this will complete it and bring you back to the main dashboard screen.
