To register a Family/Friend visitor, first click Sign In Here on the V-Book.

Next click on Friend or Relative.

Click Register Your Details Here!

When they have entered their details, they can link their PIN to the service user on the right hand side of the screen.

First, they will need to enter the Service User’s Initials and Room Number.

Then click Add.

The service user will then appear in the box below. Clicking this will remove the service user.

Click Continue to finish and sign in the visitor.

When the service user signs in after this, a note will be created.
