The Care Control Pocket 2.0 update includes a brand-new feature allowing the logging of Maintenance Issues on the system. This means that when problems arise around the home, they can be immediately recorded (with an image).

The tool allows 4 levels of priority to be added and has the option for updates after the entry has been created.

Logging an issue

The quickest way to log an issue is as follows:

  • Head to the Monitoring List and press on the Cog Wheel to enter into the Staff Tools Menu.
  • Select Log Maintenance Issue.
  • Fill out the form by entering a location, description, priority level and image.
  • Select Log Issue to save.

Viewing Maintenance Issues

To view, update or close a Maintenance Issue:

  • Head to the Staff Menu.
  • Select Other Options.
  • Select Maintenance Issues.
  • Here you can view new issues and older issues of different priorities, as well as raise a new issue.

To update or close an issue:

  • Open the corresponding priority list.
  • Select the issue you wish to update and press Continue.
  • Edit the initial description or add a response using the Edit buttons.
  • To close, change the Current Status to Closed using the drop-down list.
  • Save changes by selecting Update Issue.
