
If a Care Review Assessment is due, you can quickly start recording it by going to the Home Status, clicking on Service User Tasks and selecting the Care Review Assessment task.

To manually start a Care Review, you can go to Record Care Plan Information on the Staff access screen.

You can also click on Record Information on either the Full Admin or Administration Dashboard screens.


On the next window, click on the Risk & Review tab.

Click on Care Review.

You will need to select the service user on the next screen. Click on Continue once you have done this.

The service user’s Care Review page will open. At the top will be a green button that says Start Care Review Assessment. Click this to start the review.

You will need to complete all text boxes and select options from the dropdown menus on the Introduction page before moving on. The overview of this resident box will be displayed within the Summary box on the main care plan after the Care Review is completed.
Click Next to continue to the next section of the Care Review.
