We have updated the vaccination recording within the Staff Records. You can record both vaccinations and the type of vaccination they received (as some people have had a mix) as well as recording booster shots.

The COVID tab of the Staff Record has been updated to show more information.

To record a new vaccination or booster, click on Record Vaccination/Booster.

Select the vaccine received and the date of the vaccination/booster. If it was a vaccination, leave the “Booster” checkbox empty, or if it was a booster then tick the box.

If you try to record more than two vaccinations then the system will tell you that two already exist. After the first two vaccinations, each person should only be getting booster shots.

All records will be refreshed after recording.

Any vaccinations that were recorded previously will automatically be added to this new layout.
