You can choose which order your job roles appear in the rota. To do this, click Settings within the Roster System:

Click Staff Roles in the left-hand column:

The Manage Your Roster Roles table will appear:

The Order column shows which sequence the job roles will appear in on your Live Rota. To amend one, click on the job role’s row:

You can replace the Order Number and then click Update to put this change into place:

The change will immediately show on the table:
