Marking a Care Certificate

Once a staff member has marked a workbook as done, you will need to mark the workbook for it to be completed.

First you will need to go onto the Care Certificate option on the Administration of Care Control Windows.

Select the staff member you require by clicking on the grey box to the left of the Staff Name.

Select “View Staff Detail”

To view the workbook select the binoculars on the workbook number you require.

Once you have viewed the workbook and are happy select the tick to mark as complete.

This will take you to the Change Status screen. You can either mark the workbook as complete or reject the workbook. You can also enter any details for why you have rejected in the text box.

Once finished, select Continue.

Once completed you will notice the Employee Status and Employer Status change from amber symbols to green ticks.
