How to Process Your New Template Live

Once you have completed building your template you will need to process and make it live.

You will need to go into your Roster system and into your Templates. Select your template and select Edit Template.

You will then see your template – select the Process tab at the top of the screen.

You will need to switch on Auto-Process.

Select Switch Off any other Active Templates.

If you have more than one active template – for example you have separate templates for your service users – do not tick this box as it will switch off ALL other active templates.

You will need to tick Move to the Active Template Folder.

Next you will need to select your Process Frequency – How often you want the system to process this template – usually this is daily.

You will then need to select your Process Option. If this is your first template you can select Replace ALL Data.

You will then need to select the Start Date you want your Rota to be live from.

Then select Amount of Data to Process.

You need to select the tick box Mark here to Force Process Now.

When you are confident with the options you have chosen you will need to select Save Changes.

You will then see a message asking if you are sure – select Yes.

Your Rota will now be live from the date you have chosen.
