In order to create a payment schedule for service users who pay 2 weeks in Advance and 2 in Arrears, the best option is to create two individual schedules, one for 15 days in advance and the other 15 days in arrears. If you set each as half the monthly fee but claim it as the whole month, the sum of both schedules will be the full fee.
