On Care Control there is a feature called Care Plan Corrections which allows you to remove things such as Care Reviews. You can find it in the Common Options area of the system.

Please note that you will need your Admin password to access Care Plan Corrections.

Once open, you will see a blank window as below:

Select your Service User and the area you want to correct, in this case a Care Review. You can then select what kind of correction – Care Reviews can only be removed.

A table will appear as below. Select the specific Care Review to be removed and click Process Change.

The Care Review will no longer appear on the system.
