Allocating Tasks to Specific Staff, Role or Category

To allocate Tasks to specific Staff, Role or Category please do the following: –

Go to Administration of Care Control.

Select Staff Area.

Select Manage Allocations.

In Manage Allocations you will see the date and the section of the day, i.e. Day, Evening, Night.

Select Allocation defaults.

Select the Care Group that you want to allocate to specific Staff and click to Save Assignment.

Select By Staff Role:

Select the Staff Role that is relevant for this Care Task and click Add.

It will now appear in the right-hand box – then select Save Assignment.

You can do the same for any other Task.

To change to a different time i.e. Evening, select Next and then proceed as before.
